No matter where you live - Toronto, Vancouver, New York, or Los Angeles, going through a high-conflict separation or divorce can feel like you’re drowning in paperwork, emotions, and pressure.

But the support you need doesn’t have to be local.
Divorce coaching is available virtually, and it’s helping individuals across Canada and the United States feel seen, heard, and empowered during one of the most difficult transitions of their lives.
Here’s what virtual divorce support really looks like, and how it can work for you.
What Is Virtual Divorce Coaching?
Virtual divorce coaching is just like in-person coaching, except we meet through secure video calls.
Whether you're dealing with emotional abuse, post-separation control, or simply unsure how to advocate for yourself in legal or parenting matters, coaching gives you the tools, clarity, and mindset support to move forward with less chaos.
Who Is It For?
I work with clients across Canada and the U.S. who are navigating:
- Coercive control or emotional manipulation
- High-conflict custody battles
- Mediation with a narcissistic ex
- Ongoing legal stress post-separation
- Trauma responses that make it hard to think clearly
You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need to figure it out alone.
You just need a safe space, and a plan.
What Happens During a Virtual Coaching Session?
Every session is customized to your needs, but common areas we work through include:
- Communication prep: What to say, what not to say, and how to respond when you're triggered
- Legal process navigation: Helping you emotionally prepare for court, mediation, or lawyer meetings
- Power reclamation: Rebuilding your identity after abuse and taking steps toward a future you choose
- Emotional validation: Understanding that your reactions are normal in abnormal circumstances
Sessions are held via Zoom or another secure video platform. You’ll get session summaries, homework (when helpful), and follow-ups in between.
Is Coaching Confidential?
Yes. 100%.Virtual coaching is held to the same standard of professionalism and discretion as any in-person service. What we discuss stays between us.
Why Coaching Across Borders Works So Well
Trauma and manipulation don’t look that different in Alberta or Arizona. Whether your legal system is Canadian or American, you still need someone who understands the emotional toll of coercive control and knows how to help you protect your peace—especially when your environment doesn't.
Virtual coaching gives you:
- Flexibility to book around your schedule
- Access to specialized support, even if there’s no one nearby who “gets it”
- Tools you can apply immediately, regardless of where your ex, your lawyer, or your judge is located
You’re not alone in this.If you’re ready for clear, supportive guidance—from anywhere in Canada or the U.S.—I’m here to help.
